Ingredients:
80gr. of Cantabrian anchovies
100gr of green beans
5 artichokes hearts
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
Stir fry the beans and the artichokes' hearts. Once done place them in a bowl and add the anchovy filets, dress it with olive oil and some vinegar and this healthy dish will be ready to be served. (you can aslo add some grated permesan)
