Smocked salmon pizza for Kids

Ingredients:

DOUGH

250gr. of flour

1 tea spoon of salt

1 soup spoon of olive oil

15gr. of leavening

125 ml of lukewarm water

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients, knead and once it's well mixed leave it for 40 min. Later, give a fish shade to the dough.

Tomato sauce

A pinch of dill and oregano

100gr. of mozzarella

Smocked salmon

Preparation:

In a cassole pot reduce the tomato sauce joint to the dill and oregano. Once it's cold cover the dough. Add the mozzarella and the smocked salmon chopped on the top. Warm up the oven for about 10 min. Put the pizza inside at 210ÂșC for about 15 min. and ready to enjoy!
